Prices for the studio apartment
Minimum stay 2 nights; fits max 2 people.
No reservation fee; cash in CHF, Euro or USD.
Prices during Basel World, the Art Basel fairs or long term rental upon request.

1 person CHF 120.- per night
each additional person + CHF 35.-
incl. Kurtaxe and Mobility-Ticket for the region Basel.

The 50% of the payment has to be made in advance. If we will get your booking, we will send you the bill with our banking account. If your booking is very short-dated you can pay at spalenring10 at the beginning of your stay.

If you would like to cancel a reservation, we will have to charge you the following costs:
30 - 8 days before arrival 30%,
7 - 1 days before arrival 50%,
no cancellation before arrival day: 100% of the complete price.

To charge you the correct cancellation costs we will take the date of the incoming message. At weekends or holidays we will calculate with the following working day.
